Everything you see on Golf Division ships from our Canadian warehouse to Canadian customers. No cross-border surprises, no unexpected duties or brokerage fees landing on your doorstep after the fact — just your order, on its way domestically.
Shipping
Shipping is generally free.
We say "generally" because a small number of items — oversized, heavy, or headed somewhere remote — carry a delivery charge. Rather than bury that in fine print, we show it to you where it matters.
The simplest way to know exactly what you'll pay: add the items you're interested in to your cart. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed there before you check out. If it says free, it's free. If there's a charge, you'll see it clearly, up front, with no obligation to continue.
Add as much as you like to the cart — it's the fastest way to price up a full order without guesswork.
Returns
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong flex? Received a gift that isn't quite right? Not a problem.
You have 30 days to return any new, unused item.
Here's what we ask:
- The item is new and unused — not hit, not gripped up, not taken out on the course
- It's returned in its original packaging wherever possible (it helps us process the return quickly and keeps the product resaleable)
- The return reaches us within 30 days
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes a quick check, we'll process your refund.
Who pays for the return?
If it's a change of mind, the return postage is yours. You choose the carrier and service that suits you, and we'd recommend using a tracked option so the parcel can be followed all the way back to us.
If the mistake is ours, we cover it. Full stop. If we've sent the wrong item, shipped the wrong quantity, or the product arrives damaged or faulty, we'll arrange or reimburse the return shipping and put it right. You shouldn't be out of pocket for something we got wrong.
Starting a return
Get in touch with our team before sending anything back. Have your order number handy, tell us what you'd like to return and why, and we'll give you the return address and anything else you need. It takes a couple of minutes and it means your refund moves as quickly as possible once the parcel lands.
